Wireless Trailer Lights Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Linkablinka) provides the following Warranty. 

30-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your new product within 30 days of purchase, Linkablinka will give you your money back!

Simply return the unit in as new condition to the LinkBlinka nominated address.
 

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. 

If a Product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund.  If you think that a Product is defective you should contact our Customer Service Help Centre via sales@linkablinka.com.au and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.  A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim. 

Where a Product is defective and needs to be replaced or repaired, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Linkablinka.  If a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned Product becomes our property.  When a refund is given, the returned Product becomes our property.
 

Additional Linkablinka Warranties

Linkablinka also offers an additional warranty period of 1 year against defects on our products.  The Warranty period is effective from the date of purchase. You also have consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (see above).

Warranties are extended to the original end-user purchaser.
This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Linkablinka product used in connection with a Linkablinka product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product.

If you believe that a Linkablinka Product has an unsatisfactory defect, please contact the Customer Service Help Centre for assistance, via our website or email on sales@linkablinka.com.au .  Depending on the claim we will require evidence of the defect via email or post.  

We encourage the notification of claims under this warranty within 14 days by offering to pay for the return of a Product where a claim is notified within that time and we determine that the Product is defective.  Other cases will be considered on their merits.

Replacement Products are covered by the same Linkablinka warranty as well as by consumer guarantees (see Consumer Guarantees above).  Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased.  For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered.   Linkablinka will cover all postage costs for defective item claims but this must be arranged and agreed with Customer Service before any item is returned.
